  • Architect of the Coms Hosted VoIP platform and wide area WiFi solution
  • Developed and managed the production environment, created the development infrastructure as well as the firm’s internal tech infrastructure servicing 40 users, utilising cloud services where beneficial
  • Produced and managed detailed Risk Analysis of all technology platforms and implemented risk reduction programmes
  • Addressed technology-related vendor issues including selection and negotiation of terms and service levels of contracts

  • Led the technical due diligence for the buy-in of SuperLine, an alternative PSTN service provider with 20k+ customers  Streamlined and consolidated the Ericsson TDM Switching infrastructure
  • Developed the online presences, automated subscription process and online customer and administrative portals
  • Developed and deployed mobile phone access to the service which was used by both corporate & residential customers
  • Developed and deployed new VoIP services for residential and business customers

  • Conducted a strategic review of London Ambulance Service’s Patient Transport Service (LAS PTS) for the LAS Board of Directors and recommended options to enhance operational efficiency
  • Analysis of a wireless VC backed start-up (Telabria) and proposed new vertical markets to target with existing technology, and a strategy to penetrate those markets
